Yoga for beginners - starting a Yoga Practice at home

This yoga practice for beginners can be done as soon as you wake up so just set your alarm for 20 mins earlier, lay out your mat at the foot of your bed and as soon as the alarm goes off, crawl out of bed and onto your mat.
At the end of your practice, you can spend a few quiet minutes just enjoying the sense of being present in your body or meditate for 5 minutes if you like, it's the best and perfect time to do this.
Then get up and have bereakfast, fast forward the rest of your day and then join us for an uplifting class at the sutudio each evening.
